TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Decatur, Illinois, 62521!
Position / Specialty: Med Surg Neuro RN
Shift: 4x12 (1800-0630)
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required.
Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend
Certs REQ: BLS (AHA) and NIHSS required.
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed.
Must have active IL license to apply.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Charting: Cerner
Ratio: 1:6-7
