Warehouse Supervisor (Spanish Required)

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced, people-first facility. This role calls for a bilingual (Spanish/English) leader who’s equal parts floor general and strategic thinker. You’ll coordinate across shifts, drive accountability, and partner with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure everything flows on time and on spec.

Senior Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations with a focus on performance, quality, and safety

• Drive accountability by communicating goals and tracking results across teams

• Roll out and reinforce systems like TPM and Red Zone with hourly staff

• Jump in to support underperforming lines and improve output

• Flex shifts as needed to provide hands-on coverage and coaching

• Assist in implementing new platforms and systems to drive efficiency

• Partner with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth inventory flow and shift transitions

• Coordinate daily activities between Production and Warehouse teams

• Lead weekly business reviews, spot trends, and deliver actionable feedback to Supervisors and Operators

Schedule & Workstyle:

• Base hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible as needed)

• Blend of floor leadership and data-driven planning

Senior Operations Supervisor Requirements:

• 4+ years of leadership experience in production or manufacturing

• Prior experience managing or mentoring other supervisors

• Production background in processing or packaging strongly preferred

• Spanish-speaking required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP preferred

• Familiarity with Red Zone, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

• Military leadership experience welcomed
