Your Role:
As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a key role in maintaining a high-quality education for students during the absence of their regular instructor. Your focus will be on delivering engaging lessons on skincare, makeup techniques, and various esthetic treatments, all aimed at preparing students for successful careers in beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans and instructional materials left by the regular instructor.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and guide students in hands-on techniques.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Educator License in the State of Illinois is required.
• Experience in the cosmetology or esthetics field is preferred.
• Previous teaching or educational experience is a plus.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
