Investment Sales Broker – Healthcare Real Estate

This position is in our Chicago, IL office and is onsite five days per week. This is a 100% commissioned, 1099 role with unlimited earning potential; It is not uncommon for entry level candidates who excel in this role to clear six figures after 12-18 months of full-time commitment. A real estate license is required and can be completed in conjunction with training. Helios will reimburse for the cost of attaining the license if needed after successfully passing the state and national exams. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company paid benefits. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Role Objective
· Market exclusive investment real estate externally for clients to customers who are active investors
· Prospect new client relationships and referral sources through cold calls, emails and other marketing channels.
· Collaborate with Partners and senior team advisors to achieve business and career goals with clear pathway to financial success
· Prepare thoughtful analyses of client’s assets, including broker opinions of value (BOVs), and market research.
· Negotiate offer, listing/advisory agreements, and oversee purchase and sale agreement negotiation.
· Research ownership records, market data and industry trends
· Attend networking and industry trade events
Candidate Background
