Sales Representative Roofing & Restoration
Naperville, IL (In-Person) | Full-Time | $85,000 $185,000 annually (performance-based)
- Inspect residential properties to diagnose storm damage and repair needs
- Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the roofing and insurance claim process
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project completion
- Manage projects from inspection through completion and payment collection
- Actively generate sales by canvassing storm-affected neighborhoods
- Conduct roofing inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (required)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and personally driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid drivers license (required)
- Roofing or restoration experience is not required we provide training
- Competitive performance-based earnings: $85,000 $185,000 per year
