Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to work orders and blueprints
• Load raw materials and secure parts properly
• Monitor operations and take measurements to ensure accuracy
• Document work using ERP system
• Perform basic machine maintenance (chip cleaning, wipe downs)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Meet production goals in quality and cycle time
• Attend required training and meetings

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or machining knowledge
• Ability to read and understand technical documents
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for full shifts
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
• English proficiency for safety and training

Pay Range

A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $18 – $22 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
