Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and text
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership
- Provide information on vehicles, promotions, and financing options
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
