American Molecular Laboratories (AML) is seeking a motivated Medical Sales / Marketing Specialist to help expand our diagnostic testing services. AML provides specialized laboratory testing solutions that are not widely available through other laboratories.

In this role, you will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, government medical offices, healthcare organizations, and contractors to introduce AML’s diagnostic testing services. Many of these tests are recommended by current medical guidelines, yet many providers are unaware that AML offers these solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys healthcare sales, relationship building, and identifying unmet diagnostic needs. You will educate clients about AML’s capabilities, present testing solutions, and help healthcare organizations improve patient care and research outcomes.

Compensation

Base salary plus performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
• Build relationships with government medical offices and contractors
• Identify diagnostic testing needs and present AML laboratory solutions
• Deliver professional sales presentations and marketing outreach
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and diagnostic testing needs
• Maintain knowledge of AML’s laboratory services and testing capabilities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, healthcare sales, medical sales, or business development preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory services is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to quickly learn and explain medical and laboratory concepts
