Inside Sales Representative I – National Account Associate / Sales Support
Location: Woodridge, IL
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
Target Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
The Inside Sales Representative I supports National Account and Sales teams through administrative support, customer coordination, contract management, reporting, and sales support activities. This position requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills within a fast-paced corporate environment. The role also supports customer and vendor issue resolution while assisting with national account projects and rollouts.
Key Responsibilities- Research products and support program and sales initiatives
- Prepare quotes, proposals, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel and AutoQuotes
- Set up vendors, contracts, and NMR documentation
- Coordinate national account rollouts and special projects
- Utilize SAP and internal reporting systems to support sales operations
- Troubleshoot customer, vendor, and order-related issues
- Work closely with National Accounts Sales and Credit teams to support customer needs
- Maintain contract updates, reporting, and account documentation
- Provide administrative and sales support to corporate customers and internal teams
- Assist with tracking project timelines, order updates, and account activity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- 1–2 years of SAP experience preferred
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or administrative support preferred
- Temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate
