Account Manager
click5 Interactive is rapidly growing team of creative technologists who is looking to add a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to our River North office.
click5 Interactive is looking for a Account Manager who has a minimum of three years' experience in consultative, solutions-based selling, as well as a solid understanding of web technologies and marketing.
Candidates must have a successful account management track record with agency experience to be considered. The best candidates will bring an in-depth understanding of client relationship management and web solutions.
This is a client-facing role that demands excellent consulting skills and comfort with working with a variety of business and technical clients.
This position is for our Chicago office.

Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure account profitability by managing client expectations and service delivery.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3+ years experience in account management roles
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Excellent knowledge of the web
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Understanding of project and account management best practices
Other Requirements
Ability to handle multiple accounts and pitches simultaneously
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Team player who likes working in a collaborative environment
