Pharmacy Data Entry Technician

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to join a leading healthcare organization. This role offers hybrid flexibility after 1–2 weeks of training, with equipment provided. We’re looking for detail-oriented, collaborative professionals ready to support patients and streamline pharmacy operations. This is a temporary role with standard Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. hours.

Pharmacy Data Entry Technician Responsibilities:

• Enter patient enrollment information into pharmacy operation systems

• Submit eligibility requests in available portals to verify insurance coverage

• Troubleshoot pharmacy claims and resolve rejections for new and refill patients

• Document findings accurately in operating systems

• Partner with Admissions, pharmacy staff, and business partners to expedite referrals

Pharmacy Data Entry Technician Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy-related data entry

• 1+ years of experience submitting pharmacy claims and resolving rejections

• Knowledge of medical insurance

• Pharmacy Technician License required; National Technician Certification preferred

• Ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy

• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
