Sous Chef
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Lead, train, and support culinary team members while maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and timing throughout service
- Manage station readiness, mise en place, product rotation, and kitchen organization
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain and enforce sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Support menu development and implementation as directed by the Executive Chef
- Comply with nutrition and allergy regulations and standards
- Assist with additional operational needs to support efficient restaurant operations as directed by leadership
- Maintain a positive and professional presence while upholding company standards and culture
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Will frequently reach, bend, stoop, carry, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to work in both warm and cool environments
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish Compensation:
$60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.
