We are seeking an experienced and professional Store Manager to join the team at our downtown Wheaton Dry Cleaners. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the dry cleaners operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain customers. Successful Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service. If youre knowledgeable about store operations and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Lead & train employees
- Coach employees in tactics to attract and retain guests
- Create or approve schedules
- Maintain information in the point of sale system
- Oversee the receipt of products into inventory
- Must have previous experience working in the dry cleaning industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
