While prior insurance experience isn't required, a solid background in sales, account management, or business development is essential. • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and community engagement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales to meet production goals

• Fluent in both English and Polish (written and verbal)
• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
• Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory
