We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and driven individual for an outstanding opportunity as a Project Coordinator in our Northbrook office.

The Project Coordinator position is a key position within our organizations. Project Coordinators are responsible for proactively leading and actively participating in all phases of a project’s lifecycle, including tech pre-calls, billing, and escalating any issues on site.

The Project Coordinators work closely with Project Managers, Sales Team, and third-party technicians to successfully complete projects. They have the responsibility for preparing and maintaining all project related status reports and administrative functions of a given project. In essence, the Project Coordinator is a key role and the many clients we serve. The Project Coordinator position reports to the Director of Operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates for the Project Coordinator position must possess the following:

Ø Two years of proven Project Coordinator experience

Ø Experience dealing with external, contracted personal resources a MUST

Ø Knowledge of IT infrastructure a MUST

Ø Knowledge of POS systems preferred

Ø Strong customer focus and a sense of urgency are essential

Ø Excellent written and verbal skills

Ø Strong organization and computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite
