Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate – Stocking is primarily responsible for accurately stocking, organizing, and replenishing automotive products within the warehouse to support efficient order fulfillment. In addition to stocking, this role also assists with receiving inbound shipments and picking products for customer orders as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to support multiple stages of the warehouse process.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately stock and replenish shelves, bins, and storage areas with incoming products, ensuring proper placement and inventory rotation.
• Assist with receiving inbound shipments, including unloading, inspecting, counting, and verifying products against packing lists or invoices.
• Support order fulfillment by assisting with order picking and staging products for shipment.
• Maintain proper labeling, bin assignments, and product organization to ensure efficient retrieval and inventory accuracy.
• Follow established procedures and use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse or stocking experience preferred.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Forklift certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
