Customer Service Representative

Customer Relations Support Specialist Location: Remote to CST

Pay Rate: $23.00 to $23.50/hour (W2)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Position Type: 18-Month Contract (Potential for extension or permanent hire)

Randstad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our global medical technology client in Wood Dale, IL.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
• Specialized training or experience in customer relations; basic understanding of industry work routines and compliance.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established guidelines and clear technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with sales, promotions, installations, and day-to-day inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Help create initiatives to proactively inform and educate our customer base.
• Assist in developing improvement plans based on customer feedback and surveys.
• Follow clearly defined, structured procedures to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
