Customer Service Representative
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
- Specialized training or experience in customer relations; basic understanding of industry work routines and compliance.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established guidelines and clear technical procedures.

- Support customers with sales, promotions, installations, and day-to-day inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and in accordance with consumer laws.
- Help create initiatives to proactively inform and educate our customer base.
- Assist in developing improvement plans based on customer feedback and surveys.
