Bartender
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Cocktail Bartender to join our high-volume fine dining team. This role is for a hospitality professional who thrives under pressure, understands precision and detail, and is passionate about delivering an elevated guest experience.
Our bar program is thoughtful, technique-driven, and guest-focused. We are looking for someone who can execute with speed while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:Execute a refined cocktail program with consistency and precision
Maintain composure and efficiency in a high-volume service environment
Deliver warm, intuitive, and anticipatory guest service
Demonstrate deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and food pairings
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and bar mise en place standards
Collaborate closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure seamless service
- Maintain responsible alcohol service standards
- capable of executing a culinary driven beverage program.
Minimum 3 years bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments
High-volume cocktail experience required
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
