Job Description:
Executive leader responsible for launching and overseeing full-scale operations of a new large-scale manufacturing facility, ensuring long-term operational performance, workforce growth, and financial success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead greenfield development, site selection, construction coordination, and commissioning of a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility

• Build and scale a high-performing leadership team and workforce (initial leadership team growing to 200 employees)

• Oversee daily operations across production, engineering, quality, materials, warehouse, maintenance, and facilities functions

• Establish operational KPIs, production plans, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage large-scale capital budgets, P&L performance, and long-range capacity planning

• Ensure compliance with environmental, zoning, regulatory, and safety standards

• Partner cross-functionally with HR, finance, supply chain, and executive leadership to align strategic objectives

• Drive operational readiness, ramp-up execution, and long-term performance optimization

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or related field

  • 10–15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience

  • Proven track record launching and managing large-scale greenfield manufacturing facilities

  • Experience leading organizations of 200 employees with multiple direct leadership reports

  • Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar capital projects and operational budgets

  • Deep expertise in production operations, quality systems, supply chain, warehouse management, and facilities oversight

  • Strong change management, executive communication, and team-building leadership skills

  • Ability to drive measurable operational improvements in safety, quality, throughput, and cost

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, or related discipline

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certification

  • Experience in heavy equipment, agriculture equipment, aerospace, material handling, or off-road vehicle manufacturing environments

  • Demonstrated success scaling startup manufacturing operations and building leadership bench strength
