Division Executive Assistant - Teaching and Learning

Glenbrook North High School is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Division Executive Assistant – Teaching and Learning .

The Division Executive Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to the Associate Principal for Teaching and Learning and ongoing assistance to faculty, staff, students, and parents. The Division Executive Assistant coordinates office support services for the department. This individual is familiar with school policy and procedures, and departmental goals, and performs duties in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions. The Division Executive Assistant will maintain and encourage a positive atmosphere that supports a cooperative and efficient work environment while keeping the needs of the students and staff a priority.

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, and/or two years of administrative assistant experience.
• Experience in an educational environment and/or business preferred.
• Desire for continued professional development is essential.
