We’re looking for a talented and creative In-House Stager to join our team and help bring our listings to life through thoughtful, high-quality staging and design.
Position Overview:
The In-House Real Estate Stager will be responsible for preparing homes for sale by designing, staging, and styling properties to highlight their best features and appeal to potential buyers. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and collaboration, as you’ll work closely with listing managers, photographers, and clients to ensure each property is showcased at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute staging designs for new listings in a variety of property types and price points.
- Select and arrange furniture, décor, and accessories from the company’s inventory to enhance property presentation.
- Coordinate staging logistics, including delivery, setup, and removal of staging items.
- Maintain and organize the staging inventory, ensuring all items are tracked, stored, and in good condition.
- Collaborate with listing agents to align staging style with property type and target market.
- Provide recommendations for light updates or improvements (e.g., paint, lighting, minor repairs) when appropriate.
- Assist with preparing homes for professional photography and marketing.
- Maintain an efficient staging schedule to support multiple listings at a time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or visual merchandising.
- Strong sense of style, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move furniture and décor as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with basic design or inventory management tools is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
