Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for referrals and patients; coordinate care with the interventional radiology team
- Attend patient consultations and perform initial examinations and assessments
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care under the guidance of the interventional radiologist
- Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and communicate findings to the medical staff and radiologist
- Perform procedures within the Cath Lab scope, including cardiac catheterization, EP ablations, peripheral and cerebral angiograms, TEE, and cardioversions
- Support adults and older adults; ensure patient safety and comfort during interventional procedures

Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license; copy of IL nursing license included in submission
- 2 years of current experience in cardiac cath and interventional radiology (required)
- Experience providing moderate sedation (required)
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required); COVID-19 and influenza vaccination required (declinations not approved; please update vaccination status in profile)
- Ability to work in a cath/IR lab environment; able to perform duties safely in an adult and geriatric patient population
- Prior travel experience and Cerner experience are highly preferred
