We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Support Staff member to assist our Champaign operations. Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls

• Assist management with daily administrative tasks

• Provide filing and general office support

• Assist with basic accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Support payroll processing tasks

• Assist with license and title paperwork

• Maintain organized and accurate records

Qualifications

• Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Reliable and professional
