We are seeking a reliable and professional part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in O'Fallon, Illinois . This role is perfect for an early riser or a late sleeper who enjoys helping others and keeping communication running smoothly.
You’ll handle incoming calls, provide helpful information, document concerns, and coordinate with internal team members to ensure prompt resolution.
Schedule:
6:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
On-site in O'Fallon, IL
Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Record details accurately and route information to the appropriate departments
- Provide timely updates or resolutions to callers when possible
- Maintain accurate call logs and documentation
- Support the administrative team with other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with basic computer and data entry tasks
