As a Full Time Physician Assistant (PA) , you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Grayslake, IL .
Schedule
- 40 Hours Per Week
- Mon & Wed 10:00 am - 7:00 pm; Tue, Thu & Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Closed Daily for lunch 1-hour
What You’ll Do
- Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines and approved agreements.
- Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
- Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
- Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, growth and development.
- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
- Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
- Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
- Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
- Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice.
- Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable).
- Current NCCPA national certification required.
- Degree from ARC-PA accredited program.
- Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $128,000.00 - $145,000.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
