We’re Hiring: Retail Sales Professional at Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Home Depots! Absolute Construction Inc Do you enjoy talking with people and helping them find solutions for their home? Join our team at Absolute Construction Inc, a trusted Home Depot service provider specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. We’re looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our company inside local Home Depot stores and connect with customers interested in remodeling projects. What You’ll Do- Engage with Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, professional manner
- Share information about our bath and kitchen remodeling services
- Collect customer information for free in-home consultations
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth follow-up
- $20/hour + performance bonuses
- Flexible scheduling (part-time & full-time options)
- Training and support provided – no experience necessary!
- Work in a fun, high-energy retail environment
- Outgoing, approachable personality
