Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 1st shift ONLY

Occasional overtime may be required depending on workload

What You'll Do:

As a Mechanical Assembler , you'll play a vital role in building our innovative accessibility products. Using various tools and detailed work instructions, you'll ensure every part is assembled with care and precision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assembling elevator components according to blueprints and SOPs
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Performing visual quality checks to ensure product integrity
• Troubleshooting assembly issues to improve efficiency
• Operating special tooling and lifting devices as needed
• Moving completed assemblies to shipping without damage
• Communicating with teammates and supporting other shifts
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
• Participating in training and cross-training as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Prior assembly experience
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• High attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures
• High School Diploma or GED required
