Your impact

• Run Mazak lathes to machine parts to specification.
• Read/interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Track machine performance; adjust offsets and parameters to hold quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to improve methods and results.
• Capture production data; report any issues or variances promptly.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical training a plus.
• Demonstrated experience operating Mazak lathes or similar CNC turning machinery.
• Strong knowledge of machining fundamentals and shop practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Competence with metrology tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Detail orientation and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication and an unwavering commitment to safety.
