Front Office Associate

Hite Family Dentistry in Edwardsville, IL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Office Dental Administrator to join our growing team. Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of dental front office / administrative experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Patient-centered, professional, and reliable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient texts and messages

• Check patients in and ensure health histories and consents are completed

• Enter, verify, and update dental insurance information

• Check and respond to office emails

• Review and manage office faxes

• Assist with patient checkouts and reviewing treatment plans

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Support daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
