Front Office Associate
Hite Family Dentistry in Edwardsville, IL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Office Dental Administrator to join our growing team. Our modern, future-focused practice is committed to creating a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable and confident in their care.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy, team-oriented dental practice. Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of dental front office / administrative experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Patient-centered, professional, and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient texts and messages
Check patients in and ensure health histories and consents are completed
Enter, verify, and update dental insurance information
Check and respond to office emails
Review and manage office faxes
Assist with patient checkouts and reviewing treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
