Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing firm in St. Charles looking to identify a Forklift Operator to join their team on 2nd shift!
Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor mixing and batching equipment to ensure proper blending of powder coating materials
- Follow specific product formulations and batch recipes to achieve desired consistency and quality
- Conduct regular quality checks and adjustments during the mixing process
- Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, batch parameters, and mixing data on specified forms
- Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on mixing equipment
- Operate forklift to move raw materials and finished goods as needed
Requirements:
- Mixer, batcher, or blending equipment operating experience
- Forklift experience is MUST
- Comfortable working in a powder coating/dust environment
- Ability to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 55 lbs repetitively
- Ability to wear full PPE for up to 9 hours
