CONTENT ANALYST- REMOTE
Location: Remote (EST business hours)
Duration: 10 months, potential to extend
Hours: Full-time
Compensation Range: $25-28/hr W2
We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Analyst to help coordinate, develop, and maintain engaging web properties for internal and external customers. In this role, you'll ensure a high-quality presentation of written and graphical web content, contributing to a positive user experience and a competitive digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, perform, and ensure the proper formatting and adherence to company standards during content entry into Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Manage and publish web content by collaborating with marketing, legal, and other enterprise stakeholders to maintain current and relevant product and service information.
- Draft straightforward content for print or websites by collating and summarizing information.
- Monitor website quality, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and facilitate problem resolution by escalating issues as appropriate.
- Assist in managing brand integrity by implementing brand plans and guidelines, ensuring content conveys a consistent tone and credible message.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks to ensure the successful launch and timely publishing of web content across various platforms.
- Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products and services.
- Provide analysis to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., OpenText TeamSite, Adobe, CoreMedia, WordPress).
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) Tools (e.g., Akeneo, InRiver, Plytix).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Agile Kanban Methodology is a plus.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4-6 months) and a sound understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7-12 months).
