Position: Maintenance Mechanic
Salary: Up to $37 per hour

This state-of-the-art facility will feature the latest technology in automation and systems integration. Prior to the site launch, full training will be provided at our operational centers in Canada. What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments
• Post-secondary education in mechanical, electrical, engineering, or a related field
• Availability to work day, evening, or night shifts on a steady schedule
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S. for training purposes (all expenses paid)

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and accountability across all maintenance shifts in the fully automated facility
• Develop and manage performance reports, track key metrics (KPIs), and analyze recurring system faults
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to improve maintenance protocols while meeting service level commitments
• Ensure teams are properly staffed and scheduled; manage overtime and monitor team efficiency
• Oversee use and maintenance of the Witron Computerized Management System and ensure all maintenance activities (scheduled, corrective, preventive) are completed
• Coach and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Maximize equipment uptime through effective execution of scheduled and reactive maintenance strategies
