Sparkle Car Wash is urgently hiring a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and create an environment where customers love to come - and employees love to work.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
• Drive sales, membership conversions, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Oversee cash handling, site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Conduct team training, coaching, and performance check-ins.
• Perform and monitor maintenance inspections and preventative upkeep.
• Foster a strong culture of service, sales, and teamwork aligned with Sparkle values.
• Open and close the site, ensuring top performance every day.

Who You Are:

• A confident, people-first leader with strong organizational skills.
• Experienced in managing teams (retail, restaurant, or car wash preferred).
• Results-oriented and comfortable tracking goals and performance.
• Reliable, hands-on, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000-$65,000 annually.
• Monthly performance bonuses.
• Commission on personally sold memberships.
• $1,500 sign-on bonus (with qualifying experience in retail, restaurant, or car wash operations).
