Warehouse Clerk
Location: McCook, IL (60525)
Pay: $21.50/hour (all shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and maintaining reports/spreadsheets
- Organizing, recording, and filing information
- Handling rating & billing tasks
- General administrative and support duties
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of clerical experience
- Logistics industry experience = plus (not required)
Physical Requirements
- Sitting or standing for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands (typing, equipment)
- Requires close vision and focus adjustment
- Regular talking and hearing
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Mon–Thurs)
- Weekend Days: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Fri–Sun)
- Weekend Nights: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Fri–Sun)
