Position Overview

This position involves working one day per week completing in-person new patient diagnostic assessments , fully supported by MindWeal’s cutting-edge diagnostic tools, platform, and virtual front office .

What Makes This Role Unique

Unlike traditional new-patient evaluations where everything starts from scratch:

• Parents complete a structured, guided diagnostic assessment before they see you for New Patient Assessment. M-Wise™ captures ~80% of diagnostic data upfront
• Symptoms are mapped across ADHD, anxiety, autism, learning disorders, trauma, mood disorders & other mental health conditions
• A preliminary report is generated outlining likely diagnoses and root causes of symptoms
• You step in for the final 20% , which includes: validating and confirming diagnoses, clinical synthesis and explanation, rapport building with families, educating families about the MindWeal platform, scheduling follow-up care with another MindWeal provider.

You are not buried in intake chaos . You are stepping into a clear, organized clinical picture .

Work Model

• Weekend Only Position (Saturday or Sunday), 8 AM– 5 PM

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person new patient diagnostic evaluations
• Review and validate M-Wise™ findings
• Finalize diagnoses with confidence
• Complete a structured diagnostic report
• Educate families on diagnoses and treatment pathways
• Introduce families to the MindWeal care model
• Schedule follow-up visits with another MindWeal provider

Compensation

• Salary: $100/hour

This is a pure hourly role :

• No benefits
• No call
• No after-hours work
• No inbox burden
• No panel responsibility

You show up, deliver high-quality diagnostic care, and leave.
