OverviewAs a Merger Integration Analyst , you will be esponsible for supporting the Mergers & Acquisitions Project Management team by successfully executing assigned tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their project management and data analysis skills. The role requires organizational awareness, interpersonal competencies, exceptional follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility is required for this role; however, it also offers a fully remote work environment and opportunities for career growth.
How you'll make an impact- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources
- Gather and document detailed information from new merger partners
- Create and run custom reports from legacy systems (ex. Epic, AMS360, Sagitta, QQ Catalyst, Newton, QuickBooks)
- Utilize vendor-provided tool for Importing data
- Execute system setup, configuration, validation, and testing of Gallagher systems including: CSP, PATE, Billing Manager, DMS; including validation over Activation weekends
- Manage M&A legacy system licensing and notifications
- Coordinate Legacy Sunsetting project
- Develop and maintain process documentation and templates, while proactively identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements within M&A Implementation team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint presentations, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, and ability to learn collaboration and documentation tools quickly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work internally and with our new merger partners
- Experience completing activities and tasks for multiple parallel projects with strict deadlines and dependencies
- Work within U.S. timezone hours. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to project schedules with the ability to work on weekends and sometimes outside of business hours when required
- Must be a self-starter, well organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
