We’re seeking a Precision Plastics Mold Change Specialist who can execute setup, startup, and process refinement on the night shift.

What will you do?

• Perform mold setups and changeovers, color changes, and press startups for night-shift production.
• Adjust and stabilize injection molding processes to hit quality and throughput targets.
• Configure robotic take-out paths and handoffs; coordinate with automated vision systems.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and vision tools; document results.
• Troubleshoot defects including shorts, flash, splay, color variation, and dimensional issues.
• Conduct basic PM on molds and auxiliary equipment.
• Record production data and traceability in SAP or similar systems.
• Follow safety, cleanroom, and quality procedures without compromise.

What do you bring?

Must-have qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on injection molding or mold setup experience.
• Proven ability to perform setups, changeovers, and processing adjustments.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Comfort with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers) and blueprint reading.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy; High school diploma or GED.

Preferred experience

• Medical molding, precision plastics, or cleanroom background.
• Robotic take-out and in-mold sensors experience.
• SAP or TMS exposure.
• Lean manufacturing or 5S familiarity.
