Scrum master / project manager

Job Description

A client in Chicago is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager to join their team. The roadmap and project plan is already established for this project and they will be responsible for leading the execution of each milestone, managing the project budget, risk mitigation, and leading the development teams day to day. They will lead daily stand ups/sprint meetings/etc. They will be overseeing a web application utilized by both call center agents as well as customers directly. Will be reporting to executive leadership on a regular basis.

Skills and Requirements

-6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master .

-6+ years in project or delivery management roles.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management (Waterfall, PMP frameworks).

-Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

-Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and project tracking/reporting tools (Smartsheet). Experience overseeing a GenAI project OR a Chatbot/Voicebot related project
