Executive Assistant
Job Title: Executive Assistant – Contract to hire

Compensation: $38 – $42 / hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote; on-site days vary based on executive schedules)

Job Description:
The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to C-level executives, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-volume scheduling.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Prepare, review, and edit presentations, reports, and financial documents.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support board meetings, investor meetings, and key client events.
- Manage expense reporting, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, including compliance reporting, audits, and due diligence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or related field a plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
- Previous experience in financial services (investment banking, wealth management, asset management, private equity, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience with travel booking and expense systems (e.g., Concur) is a plus.
