What You'll Do

As a Swine Resource Representative, you'll play a key role in helping producers succeed every day by:

• Working directly with swine producers to provide product support and industry expertise
• Delivering economically smart solutions that enhance the customer experience
• Coordinating product and supply deliveries
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing accurate, detail-focused service daily
• Leading projects and collaborating across teams
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Offering livestock industry and supply chain knowledge
• Supporting team communication and teamwork
• Assisting in the warehouse by picking, packing, and shipping orders when needed

Position Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Animal Science or a related field preferred (relevant experience will also be considered)

Experience

• 2+ years in agriculture or customer-focused roles preferred

Work Environment

• High-energy, fast-paced office environment
• Team-focused culture with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit 8–10 hours per day
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to participate in meetings as needed

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• $20-$25hr (based on experience)
