Infectious Disease Physician

• OSF HealthCare seeks a BC/BE Infectious Disease physician to join two other infectious disease physicians in a robust and growing practice
• Be a part of OSF Healthcare Guilford Square Specialty Clinic a multidisciplinary clinic including allergy, plastic surgery, otolaryngology, and audiology
• Strong support and collaboration from OSF Home Health and Pharmacy with employed infectious disease pharmacist and system wide antibiotic stewardship
• Enjoy a strong referral base from OSF Medical Group primary care physicians, OSF employed specialists and OSF employed hospitalists
• Opportunity for committee involvement both at the hospital and within the medical group, including Infection Control and Quality
• Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off
• Two APNs supporting both inpatient and outpatient infectious disease care

• Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $229,849-330,000
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
