See Your Work in a New Light

At LUX Infusion , we believe infusion care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection. Behind every successful patient experience is a pharmacy operation built on accuracy, teamwork, and accountability.

We're looking for a Pharmacy Technician who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, precision, and reliability to every step of medication preparation and fulfillment.

Why This Role Matters

The Pharmacy Technician plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes role in patient care. By ensuring medications are prepared, labeled, packaged, and delivered accurately, this role helps ensure patients receive the right therapy at the right time — safely and compliantly.

In this role, you'll contribute to work that:

  • Supports safe, timely delivery of infusion medications
  • Enables pharmacists and clinicians to focus on patient care
  • Maintains quality, compliance, and consistency in pharmacy operations
  • Strengthens a patient‑first, clinician‑led organization

While patients may never see this work directly, they feel its impact every day.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Perform pharmacy technical and clerical duties under the direct supervision of a licensed Pharmacist
  • Prepare, label, package, and stage prescriptions including sterile admixtures, unit‑dose, and prepackaged medications
  • Generate and process batches for prescription preparation and shipment
  • Enter and maintain accurate prescription, inventory, and shipment data in pharmacy systems
  • Generate labels, pick lists, and packages in accordance with dispensing orders
  • Coordinate with intake and billing teams to ensure insurance authorization prior to shipment
  • Communicate shipment details with field staff and managers to ensure accurate delivery
  • Receive, unpack, verify, and document incoming drug and supply deliveries
  • Monitor outbound shipments to confirm delivery and file documentation accurately
  • Perform and document quality assurance activities
  • Maintain clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspaces
  • Manage inventory levels, rotation, and returns in alignment with company goals
  • Participate in training, quality meetings, and continuing education to maintain regulatory and clinical knowledge
What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A customer‑service mindset applied to pharmacy operations
  • Comfort working in structured, regulated environments
  • Reliability, organization, and pride in doing things the right way
  • A collaborative approach to supporting pharmacists and operations teams

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current, valid Pharmacy Technician license in good standing in the state of practice
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduation from a pharmacy technician training program
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
  • Experience with CareTend or similar pharmacy software

You don't need to check every box — we care just as much about how you show up as your experience.

Why LUX Infusion

At LUX Infusion, we believe care deserves more light — more warmth, more clarity, and more connection .

Here, you'll find:

  • Purpose‑driven work that directly supports patient outcomes
  • A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture
  • Supportive pharmacy teams and clear operational standards
  • Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education
  • A collaborative environment where accuracy and care go hand in hand

Come help ensure every prescription is prepared with precision and purpose — and see what's possible when care comes first.
