COTA - Travel Contract

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Freeport, IL. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Illinois COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Client expects availability for a 5x8 schedule and ability to work scheduled shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNF settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30.
• Work Pattern: 5 shifts per week (5x8).
