We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights to various departments within the company. You will play a crucial role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, customer feedback, and marketing campaigns

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to different departments

- Identify trends and patterns in data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Continuously monitor data quality and identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and make recommendations for improvement

- Participate in data governance and data management initiatives to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with data governance and data management best practices is a plus
