Position Overview:

We are looking for a Residential Reconstruction Project Manager to lead and oversee home restoration projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll coordinate between field crews and the office to keep projects on schedule and within budget. You'll also be responsible for maintaining safety standards, resolving issues as they arise, and improving overall project efficiency and profitability. This is a key role in ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete multiple home reconstruction projects on time and within budget, maintaining communication with crews and the office regarding any changes or delays.
• Track and monitor the status of projects, identifying risks or problems and implementing proactive solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure company profitability.
• Stay in touch with clients, insurance agents, and our team to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuously improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of residential construction
• Commercial construction as a plus
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Xactimate experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
• Effective communication skills via phone calls, messaging platforms, and other digital tools.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
• Working knowledge of industry safety regulations
• Works well under pressure and gets things done on time.

Here's what we offer:

• Competitive base salary of $80,000–$85,000 annually, with a total compensation package ranging from $110,000–$130,000
• Includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match up to 6%
