Product Manager

Milyli is looking for a customer obsessed Product Manager to manage development for our new SaaS offering. This includes gathering requirements from customers, designing solutions with our product team, addressing stakeholder concerns and feedback, and working with engineering to ensure timely delivery of features. 

Our existing software, Blackout, is an on-premises automated redaction solution built on the Relativity platform for the legal industry. Blackout has placed billions of redactions on tens of millions of documents to date.

We need you to help design and deliver streamlined solutions for our existing customers and extend Blackout’s benefits to a whole new customer base. 

Your Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. We place a strong emphasis on relevant experience..


• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a technology-focused company. 


• Proven track record of design and delivery of software features that satisfy customers and stakeholders. 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 


• Time and risk management skills. 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 


• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  

Responsibilities:

• Research feature design with customers, stakeholders, and engineering, balancing scope, effort, and usability. 


• Develop mockups, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing. 


• Own scrum ceremonies to guide development and communicate timing with stakeholders and other teams. 


• Coordinate development needs and progress within the larger development lifecycle. 


• Collaborate with QA to ensure the product meets quality standards and acceptance criteria. 


• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
