Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will create exceptional customer experiences by managing service requests, processing returns, and keeping customers informed every step of the way. In addition, be the go-to problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering quick resolutions and making every interaction count.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer returns while ensuring accurate data entry and a smooth customer experience
- Create and manage service requests, keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, pricing, and approvals in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Review service documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Monitor service timelines and proactively follow up to keep customers updated on progress
- Identify and report recurring customer concerns to help improve service quality
- Handle approximately 25 daily customer interactions via phone and email while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of corporate customer service experience
- Strong data entry and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
