Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant with strong customer service abilities to join a concierge-style medical practice. This role requires hands-on clinical skills, including phlebotomy and EKGs, while also providing administrative support to physicians and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet patients upon arrival
- Take and record patient vitals
- Handle prescription refills and patient inquiries
- Perform blood draws and assist with EKGs
- Support multiple physicians and adapt to varying patient volumes (10–70 patients/day)
- Assist with additional clinical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- Phlebotomy skills required (certification preferred)
- GED or higher required (no certification necessary)
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable with positive references for attendance and punctuality

- Type of Assignment: Direct Hire
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (no weekends)
- Software: Athena EMR
- Dress Code: Neutral/solid scrubs
- Start Date: ASAP
- Vaccinations: Required (no exemptions)
