Mechanical Systems Reliability Technician — Millwright

What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance or millwright role.
- Mechanical fluency and the ability to read and apply blueprints/schematics.
- Comfort with the tools and test equipment used in repair and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and tenacious problem-solving ability.
- Self-starter who also contributes well in a team setting.
- Effective communication and a safety-first mindset.
