Are you dependable, hardworking, and looking to grow in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment? Our team is hiring dedicated individuals for a dual-role position supporting both Picking/Packing and Sanitation. This role is essential in maintaining efficient production flow and a clean, safe, and compliant facility.

Full-Time | $20.00/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential
Shift Options:
• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (4 openings)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (3 openings)

Key Responsibilities

Picking & Packing

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to work orders
• Verify quantities, labels, and packaging
• Stage finished goods for shipping
• Use RF scanners or inventory systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work areas, and facility spaces
• Follow sanitation procedures and safely use cleaning chemicals
• Ensure compliance with GMP , HACCP , and safety standards
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment for deep cleaning
• Maintain sanitation logs and documentation

Qualifications

Required:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, production, sanitation, or food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‐paced, physical environment
• Basic English communication skills

Preferred:
• RF scanner or warehouse system experience
• Knowledge of GMP or food safety environments
• Prior sanitation/janitorial experience in manufacturing
